Which coil should I request?

• PPGI prepainted galvanized steel: 0.12–1.50 mm thickness; specify zinc coating, PE/SMP/HDP/PVDF paint system, paint thickness and RAL or sample colour.
• GI hot-dip galvanized steel: 0.12–3.00 mm thickness, 600–1500 mm width, Z30–Z275 zinc coating. Specify grade, coating mass and surface finish.
• Galvalume / aluzinc steel: 0.12–2.00 mm thickness; specify grade, aluminum-zinc coating designation and surface treatment.

These are overall product ranges; availability and tolerances depend on the selected grade and order. Steel MOQ starts from 25 metric tons. Typical production is 15–20 days after deposit and specification / colour approval. Ocean transit is additional.

What should an overseas buyer verify before ordering?

Request the grade-specific mill test certificate requirements, agreed coating and paint test methods, a colour sample where applicable, export packing details and the inspection scope. Confirm the seller details, Incoterm, payment terms and production schedule in the written quotation. Destination certification requirements must be checked for the specific shipment.
