01 Can I add my logo?
Branded protective film and export packaging can be discussed for your coil order. Send your logo artwork, product specification and quantity. Confirm the design, cost and production requirements in the quotation before ordering.
02 How is order quality checked?
Agree the grade, thickness tolerance, coating mass, paint system and inspection requirements before production. Request the mill test certificate and packing photographs for your order. Independent pre-shipment inspection can be arranged; confirm its scope and cost in advance.
03 Where are your factory and export office?
ChinaCNU is the export brand of Shandong Ruitong New Materials Co., Ltd. The factory is in Boxing County, Binzhou, Shandong; the export office is in Qingdao. Review the certificate holder and scope on our certifications page and confirm the contracting entity on your quotation.
04 Which coil products do you supply?
Our core range includes PPGI, GI galvanized steel coil, Galvalume and PPGL. PPGI uses a galvanized substrate; PPGL uses an aluminium-zinc coated substrate. Send your application, dimensions, coating requirements and quantity so we can confirm a suitable specification.
05 Can you produce to my specification?
Send the steel grade, thickness and tolerance, width, zinc or aluminium-zinc coating mass, paint system, colour, coil weight and quantity. We confirm the available combination and acceptance criteria in writing. Custom colour and packaging requirements need approval before production.
06 How are price and delivery confirmed?
Request an order-specific FOB Tianjin quotation with the product, grade, dimensions, coating, quantity and destination port. Production normally takes 15–20 days after deposit and specification or colour approval; ocean transit is additional. Payment terms, freight, inspection and any warranty must be agreed in the contract.
