FAQ

What is the difference between Galvalume and galvanized coating?

Galvalume coating is 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, giving 2-4x the corrosion life of the same weight of pure-zinc galvanizing in most atmospheric conditions.

Which Galvalume coating class should I order for roofing?

AZ150 for coastal or long-warranty projects; AZ100 for inland economical roofing. Both are stocked in 0.30-0.60 mm roofing thicknesses.

Can you produce anti-finger-print (AFP) Galvalume?

Yes. AFP resin coating is available on all AZ classes and is recommended when panels are handled without gloves or roll-formed unpainted.

What is your MOQ and lead time for Galvalume coil?

MOQ is 25 tons per specification. Production lead time is 15-20 days from deposit; we ship FOB Tianjin (Xingang) or CIF your port.
