Confirm the contracting entity shown on your quotation and order documents. Our factory is in Boxing County, Binzhou, Shandong, and our export office is in Qingdao. You can review original factory, packing and loading photographs, factory information and the 2,500-tonne mixed coil shipment record.
Our certificate records state the holder, scope and verification status. Historical ISO documents are identified as historical records, rather than presented as proof of current certification. Request the documents applicable to your product and order, and agree any independent inspection before production.
Pre-shipment Inspection and Loading Checklist
- Purchase specification: reconcile the product standard, grade, thickness, tolerance, width, coating and surface treatment against the signed order.
- Mill documents: check that the mill test certificate, batch or coil identification and agreed test results refer to the material being shipped.
- Dimensions and surface: carry out the inspection agreed for the order and document any nonconformance before loading.
- Packing: confirm wrapping, edge protection, strapping, support, handling marks and coil weights against the approved packing arrangement.
- Loading: review the container or vehicle plan, photographs, securing arrangements and the receiving site’s unloading limits.
- Export documents: agree the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, origin documents and any destination-specific requirements with the parties responsible.
Independent pre-shipment inspection can be arranged. Confirm the inspection company, scope, timing, acceptance criteria and cost in the contract; a general certificate does not replace order inspection.

GI Coil Frequently Asked Questions
Is galvanized steel coil the same product as GI coil?
GI coil is the common name used here for hot-dip galvanized steel coil. Confirm the coating process, steel grade, product standard and coating designation in your order; the product name alone does not define those details.
What is the difference between GI and PPGI?
GI has a zinc-coated surface. PPGI adds a specified paint system to a galvanized substrate. If your project needs a coloured finish, compare our PPGI coil and specify the substrate and paint system separately.
Can I request Z275 or a particular steel grade?
Send the required grade, coating designation, dimensions and quantity. We confirm the available combination and applicable documents in the quotation. The overall range shown above does not guarantee every combination.
What are the MOQ and production time?
Our standard export MOQ is 25 tonnes. Typical production is 15–20 days after deposit and specification approval. Confirm the quantity for each specification and the order-specific schedule; ocean transit is additional.
Which documents should I check before shipment?
Check the order specification, mill test certificate, coil identification, packing list and agreed inspection results. Confirm transport and destination documents with your forwarder and the parties responsible for import clearance.
