How DC01 Compares to Neighbouring Grades
DC01 is the entry grade of the DC family. If your part needs deeper drawing than simple bends, step up to DC04 or DC05, which have lower carbon, tighter P/S limits and guaranteed r/n values. Compared with SPCC, DC01 is essentially the same commercial quality under a different standard; the JIS grade allows slightly higher P.

Is DC01 the same as SPCC?
Commercially yes — DC01 (EN 10130) and SPCC (JIS G3141) are interchangeable commercial-quality CRC grades for most bending and forming work. The chemistry limits differ slightly, so state the governing standard on your order.
Can DC01 be used for deep drawing?
Only for shallow draws. For cups, sinks or automotive inner parts specify DC04, DC05 or DC06, which guarantee drawing performance through r-value and n-value.
What temper conditions are available?
Annealed and skin-passed is standard. Full hard (unannealed) DC01 is available for customers who anneal or galvanize in-house.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
